        This is the worst place I've ever lived. It's gotten so run down since I've left. I would recommend this place to ppl who really needed a place to stay but this place is a straight jungle for drug addicts.

        Awful rental practices, infestations, stray animals loose in abundance, unkempt homes, dilapidated playground, and broken mailbox doors.... Just be anywhere else ...

        Filthy property black mold, mice, bugs and the apartments are literally falling apart. Cracks in the wall big enough where you can look into the neighbors apartment. The kitchen ceiling have caved in multiple times. The lazy management makes up excuses why they can't fix anything. The only way to get them to make repairs is to report them to the health department. This place needs to be shut down.
