        4 hours to put 4 tires on? Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service. Made an appointment to wait for 10am and still waiting at 130pm. Not one person came out to apologize for the wait or tell me how much longer it would be. I will not be back. Communication goes a long way. I couldnt even get the alignment done because I couldnt wait any longer. Really terrible experience. Again I will not be back

        Ive been going to Firestone in West Chester, PA for years for oil changes, tire rotations and inspections and have rarely ever been disappointed. They are almost always very quick and keep me updated on progress. I live right down the street so its been convenient to drop my vehicle and walk home and they do a good job calling if they run into delays, issues or need clarification. They run a good shop and a lot of the guys have been there for years so you can trust their competency and reliability. For these minor & regular maintenance needs I cant recommend this shop enough.
