Amazing doctors and staff!

Was in for my first visit with an alarming blood pressure issue . I needed to get established with cardiologist . Was told to get bloodwork fasting ASAP. This was Thursday its now Tuesday night and after leaving numerous messages with alarming results Crickets ! I reached two humans and Im transferred to VM . They have until tomorrow and Im transferring my care that I never got elsewhere and calling insurance company . Im actually a practice manager in the medical field. I would never allow a patient to be treated this way.

Wish I could give zero Stars!! This place is so unprofessional, they lie, I went there to try to get a stress test done back in November 2022 and they scheduled me all the way out to March 2023 in between I've been there four times and they don't even remember seeing me. They have replaced staff every single time I've been there. I tried to explain to the owner Dr J O N and he didn't want to hear what I had to say so after making a scene only then he wanted to help me. I then lost complete trust in this place. I highly do not recommend them

I typically don't have high standards for medical offices, but this office was especially awful. No communication from any staff. Instead of calling to schedule appointments they just put you on the schedule - call you randomly one day and say you have an appointment within 48 hours - and then when you call to reschedule they say they don't have anything for weeks (or you have to call someone else to reschedule?). The one appointment I had with a doctor, I was the first appointment of the day, but waited over an hour (with nobody else in the waiting room). The doctor never turned around to look at me, gave me no information, and walked out. As someone who works as a medical professional, this was pathetic. Unfortunately now I won't have my testing completed before my due date, and I have no time to get in with another cardiologist.
