        I went for an exam and received the final report that included many physical exam and history questions that were never done or asked. Numerous "findings" were never checked on physical exam. The report claimed that the NP asked me certain questions and the NP never did. I called to complain and asked where I can complain, and no answer was given. The NP also claimed to have been a nurse for 20 years and that she "could just tell "physical exams findings" just by looking at the patient, but I would argue it is hard to tell when someone is having numbness or tingling, changes in bowel habits, tenderness without palpation, etc. Felt like I was gaslighted the entire phone call conversation.
