I mostly dealt with an incredibly kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable man named Mike. Mike was able to schedule and completely explain the process of picking up my lawn mower, repair/maintenance, and drop-off, as well as the pricing. After picking up my old and unresponsive mower and inspecting it, he was honest and upfront with me about not throwing good money after bad. He thoroughly explained why if it were up to him he would not repair the machine and took a lot of his time to suggest multiple alternative options that I could proceed with. While this is my only interaction with American Power Equipment, I highly recommend the company for any small motor outdoor equipment.

I brought in my self-propelled Honda mower, and Mike was very honest and helpful right from the start. He explained what could be wrong and gave me several options in case the cost of the repair was not worth it. The information he gave me helped me do some research on my own. As it turned out, the repair cost was very reasonable, so I didn't have to buy a new mower. I highly recommend this place for your power tool needs.
