Very poor service. I have asked for over two years for the coolant sensor to be looked at because there was apparently a problem. Every time car was serviced I was told its ok and had to be topped off. A week later light would be back on. Now the coolant has completely leaked out, and the car was just serviced again in December. Same problem never taken care of, yet again. Spoke to Len today again who again will do nothing about it. Thanks Jaguar of West Chester.

Jaguar/Land Rover of West Chester is by far an excellent dealership with kind, and friendly, people. I have never had an outstanding experience with dealerships as I have had with this one. I purchased an Jaguar XF-R blue in color that I wanted to make several changes to, to suit my taste. This dealership with aid of one best sales persons I ever had the chance to meet, Bryan, took on my little transformation project to make me one very happy customer. I would highly recommend Jaguar/ Land Rover of West Chester if you are looking to buy a premium car/suv for your garage from a dealership that will back up all your needs. Two thumbs up!!!!!
