Our project was removal of all stucco from exterior walls; remediation of significant damage to foundation timber, studs, insulation and sheathing; installation of new house wrap, windows, siding, soffit/fascia covering, gutters/downspouts and painting of interior window trim, exterior trim and remaining stucco on foundation and chimney. Scope also included installation of flagstone with stone risers on front porch and rear patio; and new custom color shutters. Reaction Exteriors leadership team did an excellent job during the proposal phase to win the job, and their project management was very efficient in coordinating crews with delivery of materials, and ensuring effective communication among their staff and with us. All of the crew members were skilled craftsmen who worked very hard and were meticulous in getting the details right. We also appreciated the diligence of all crews to ensure the worksite was clean at the end of each day. Overall, a job very well done, at the agreed upon cost, and completed in six weeks, faster than expected!

Working with the people at Reaction was easy. They communicated quickly and timely. And our house looks amazing. We replaced all our windows and doors beside the stucco removal and replacement with siding. They made sure every last detail was to our satisfaction. We have received so many compliments from friends and neighbors.

Reaction Exteriors did a great job on our exterior renovation (stucco repair and painting, new siding, redo of front porch, etc.). They were courteous and flexible with changes Ali g the way, and they worked full days. They cleaned up each day. They could have protected our garden a bit better, but all in all we are very satisfied.
