Hertz Car Rental - West Chester - Paoli Pike HLE

I am uber driver who rented a car from this location to work. There was an error with extending vehicle automatically as it should, I was threatened with reposssion twice and accused of not pay for my rental, I showed them my credit card statement where they were paid they refused to listen and forced me to give my car back, I was stranded miles and miles away from home. I am caring for a relative with cancer and needed that vehicle to work. Don't rent from this location do yourself a favor After I sent this review I read a lot of the reviews on here, one thing I noticed the owner apologizes to the customer and ask them to reach out, but I don't see one complainant coming back to thank you for ur help or a refund or store credit. I also suspect that because you have lot police presence in that store I noticed, " they eat at the pizza shop next door" your staff feels safe that they can play with people's families and livelihoods if your store was in Philadelphia the disrespect would never happen the person who messed me up hid in the back and refused to come out and tslk to me.Don't bother offering me any apologies because you are full of ish!!!!!!

Stop in this afternoon, and there were 5 ppl waiting. Found out they were all Uber drivers. I want to make arrangements to rent a vehicle in April. After waiting on the stuff for a good 15 minutes, I told the lady I was not here for Uber but a real customer. They were 2 worried about getting the Uber drivers out, then taking my request. I walked out. I will go to enterprise. Horrible customer service
