I live in New Castle Delaware. I could travel anywhere within Delaware to get my Kia serviced, instead I drive to Kia of West Chester for my car needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and the Customer Service is Excellent!!!!!! I dont mind taking the drive. Customer Service is important to me. The owners Jim Sipala and wife Danielle are Beautiful people inside and out and I believe that reflects how and why the atmosphere of the dealership is so welcoming!
