        The Benchmark Federal Credit Union is a 5-star financial institution, because the representatives are courteous, reliable, willing, capable, caring, and they follow-up with the customer until the issue is completely resolved. I wish the representatives of other financial institutions would do the same. Keep up the great work!

        Nancy helped us with notary services right before the holidays and went over and above by scanning the documents and providing pdfs of them so we could send them to our attorney for approval before we overnighted them. We had no appointment and just walked into the office and she was in the middle of her lunch. She happily put it aside and walked us through signing and then notarizing and then scanning our documents. She was very kind and friendly and took care of everything with a smile. This has been our bank since the 1980's and we recommend Benchmark to anyone looking for a full-service bank. They're the best!
