UPDATED. What a difference. My wife truly missed her favorite dinner haunt, so we decided to take a shot. Here's what we found. Even though most all the parking was taken, and the place was hopping, we were seated immediately and had drinks within minutes. Ayaiona (sp?) was on her game. We had our orders in within minutes and served quickly. Cudos on the service. We've changed our rating accordingly. ------- We really really wanted to like this. The food is wonderful, but we have on multiple occasions waited 20 to 40 minutes to have our orders taken. This is after we've been seated and served drinks. Tonight we waited almost 15 minutes just for our drink order. We're going to have to find our second best place in Wellsboro.

Great place! Our waitress was great. In her mind she had a couple faux pas; spilled a little water on the tray and accidentally topped off my ginger ale with water. We laughed it off, had a good laugh with her, and neither was in any way detrimental to our dinner. We got the filet mignon medium rare and the salmon medium rare, along with the daily vegetables and mashed potatoes. Everything was prepared great, the salmon was prepared medium rare which usually doesn't happen even though I always request it that way. The prices were in line with other restaurants of this caliber. The atmosphere is OK.

Went on a busy Friday evening for dinner. We were seated immediately, and our server, Ashley, came very quickly for our drink order. My wife ordered one of the beef steaks and I enjoyed the Ahi tuna steak. Each was prepared just as ordered. The food and service were both excellent. Ashley was friendly and attentive through the entire meal. Definitely a restaurant I can confidently recommend.
