        We applied for a loan to buy a new heating system and were pre-approved. Had to call to answer a few questions. No big deal we thought. However... It was apparently a big deal. The woman we spoke to 1) didn't believe us regarding the state of our mortgage 2) accused us of hiding an RV loan (we don't have an RV) 3) claimed to be speaking to my husband EVERY DAY for a week (on my cell? Ha!) 4) wanted copies of my mortgage, my car note, and my insurance policy 5) asked if my 32yr old Miata was 4wd. And on and on and on. Either she's drinking on the job or this is a horrible company to do business with. Either way, we managed without their "help."
