Keyless Remote Warehouse

I purchased a Key Fob remote from Keyless Remote Warehouse. When I received the key fob I took it to a reputable lock smith, and then to the local Toyota Dealership. Both told me that the key fob KRW sent me had already been programmed to another car and could not be reprogrammed. KRW would not refund my money, telling me that I was lying. I lost nearly $200 to this SCAM Company. Don't buy from them.

My used remote cost about $40 with shipping and handling. I already had one that worked--this was a backup. The programming instructions were almost right, but not quite, so at one point neither of the remotes worked. Finally got both working, except that the one I bought would only work sometimes, while at other times there was no response. Finally I changed the batteries in the one I'd bought, and that fixed it. The website says the batteries in all remotes, including used ones, are checked before shipping. That obviously wasn't true in this case.

Sent me a defective key and fob for a commercial job that was broken and defective. I had to pay to have it checked at another auto repair place and have it cut, only to find out it was defective. My customer couldn't wait and I bought another locally. Talked to this company about the situation and received the OK to refund. Only to hide behind his policies that don't apply in this situation and get hit with crazy restocking fees.

Great service & quick shipping! The dealership wanted over $400 for a new remote, luckily I called in and was able to get the right remote for under $100. You guys rock!

I was looking for a keyless remote replacement for my VW Jetta and after a short phone call with one of the customer service representatives, it arrived in my mail box just days later!! Will recommend to friends or family who are in need!
