If Linda could get her act together and put something worthwhile in ANY of the empty spots, I'm sure it would be better. Used to have a flea market that they tried to revive - of course that didn't work. Hotties had to go because the price of the space wasn't worth it. Goodwill literally moved across the street to get away from the cost. People have suggested a Five Below, maybe even a community center, or literally anything the town could benefit from... but ask Linda: she thinks this town needs an urgent care with an ER not two minutes down the road. How's that working out for ya, Linda?
