Quality work at a fair price. Does the estimate as seen fit by the work needed with out running up the price with unecessary work. Will definitely take my vehicles back for any body work.

If it was possible to rate based on categories I just want to say that friendliness would be five stars. The rating above is based on the work done though, and I have to say I am sadly disappointed. I gave them a bumper which had peeling paint and discussed that I would pay the extra to have it sanded and smoothed over before painting as most prep work goes, unfortunately there are many valleys in the bumper now. Looking past the bottom section there is still a crack top dead center still visible which I thought would be smoothed over with filler before paint. As for the chipping paint the pictures speak for themselves. This was supposed to be an entirely smooth bumper with no rock guard coating which was already flaking off so easily. There are also visible runs in the paint and the bottom section still has the original color showing through (it was a black bumper). It might be because of the cars age (car had a cover on some parts on the front for almost all of its life) but the bumper color doesnt quite match up with the covered sections or the uncovered sections. The car is white with a grayish yellowish tint to it, not a super bright white, and this bumper is a very bright white. Unfortunately the bottom half starts to chip away when wiped with a microfiber cloth in some areas, possibly because it is so rough. Although they did take 50$ off the price this was still a 300$ job all said and done. I dont know if this was just the cost of the paint or if labor was subtracted. Again the team at PNT is very friendly and I thank you for your time. It's unfortunate that the final product had turned out this way. Pictures attached. Service: Painting
