I have been a customer since 2013. I recently learned that I have a discount on this software available to me through my broker-dealer. eMoney has been overcharging me $800 a year for years. When I asked about the discount, they said they would have to erase all my data in my current subscription and sign me up as a new user OR they can transfer my data to the new subscription for a fee of $4000. They did not offer to do the data transfer without a fee even though they have been overcharging me. They are an unethical company and their customer service is virtually non-existent. Go elsewhere.

Outdated non-user friendly software. Look elsewhere for Financial Planning needs. There are better options at better prices, with better service.

The *Worst* user experience I have ever had with personal finance software. Specifically: password recovery doesn't work (or takes *forever*); lack of end user tech support means that if my financial advisor is out of town I have to wait 4 days to get support (as is the case just now); it lacks an elegant connection to my financial advisor's other tools; and the public facing login portal seems to *only* be for financial advisors, so clients are SOL if they don't have the specific (non-searchable) link to their client log-in portal. This hacked design gives me pause that their security may be similarly amateur. Definitely not an "added value" service for my financial advisor - I'm giving up and using Schwab's tool. I will get better service and be free to take my financial data elsewhere.
