We truly wouldnt have our home without Andrea. As first-time home buyers she made the process feel as seamless as possible and helped answer our many, many questions along the way. She never shied away from asking the listing agent questions on our behalf, either, which ultimately put us in the best position for our offer to be accepted. She was honest about her perspective on the home and market to help us make decisions about how to proceed, and went above and beyond to help us understand systems in the home, too. I reached out to Andrea on social media at the end of January. We were on a tight timeline and either needed to buy a house or find another rental in a little over 3 months. From the very beginning Andrea was confident that we could get into a home by our mid April deadline. Andrea immediately set us up on bright mls and we started looking at houses that week. After about a month, we found the perfect home and Andrea worked hard to ensure not only that our bid was accepted, but also all of our must-have repairs were addressed. As first time home buyers, the process can be scary and overwhelming, but Andrea made sure to answer all of our questions and ease our minds. Andrea advised us when we thought something could work but wasnt exactly what we wanted. Andrea is one of the best real estate agents I have worked with. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, an excellent communicator, and always available for questions/concerns. Her suggestions and recommendations helped me a lot with searching and finding the right house. She made my buying process seamless. Andrea helped us find the most perfect home, and stay in the T/E school district. We had pretty set must haves, and with how crazy this market has been we looked at so houses in the last 4 months. Andrea was able to answer all of my random questions and concerns. We truly felt like she was 1000% supportive with the entire process. Once we found the perfect home, she was in constant contact with the sellers agent, and us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best chance and best experience. I am so happy that we bought the best home out of all of the houses we saw! (There was a lot) From the first meeting we loved that she didnt give off that pressure feeling you can sometimes get with a realtor that makes you feel like youre just another client. Andrea felt like a supportive friend, with many laughs, a few disappointments and in the end truly happy for us. I would recommend Andrea for all of your real estate needs. If you arent sure where to start, set up a meeting with her and I promise you, you will feel so much more at ease with the whole buying and/or selling process. Andrea Davis helped me and my children find our 1st home in Montgomery County! She was very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the home buying process and was happy to answer all of my (many) questions as a first time buyer. The house hunting process in this competitive market can be a bit discouraging or disappointing at times. Andrea never let me give up or let doubt set in. She stayed positive and really fought on my behalf to try and win in a lot of the bidding wars! She kept in constant communication with the sellers agent, to ensure we were getting every fighting chance we had to stay in the mix. Ultimately, it all worked out and we found the right home within a few months. Im so grateful for her! Andrea was very responsive, communicated effectively and would do exactly what she said she would do without me ever having to remind her or check back in about something. She was on her A game at all times! Her work ethic is top tier! She was always so kind, fun to be around and very flexible with my chaotic schedule. She also has plenty of contacts and resources for inspectors, painters, contractors and the like. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrea to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
