We used Mary Borkovitz for the purchase of a chair and a small wall unit.  The chair seemed well worth the price, but the wall unit is cheaply finished and was a bit overpriced.We were happy enough,  so we purchased a Taylor King sofa from her.  We were extremely unhappy with the sofa and contacted mary and the company well within the one year of purchase, asking for the sofa to be replaced, or remade correctly.  There are what Mary  called comfort wrinkles all over all the cushions. I say it looks like an old broken in sloppy couch.  The photos Mary showed to us o f the sofa showed no wrinkles, smooth all around. . But there is the sofa frame padding in lumped n hills and valleys along the upholstered frame!  The sofa should never have left the factory and Mary should not have allowed it to be delivered.  Mary insisted the problem was the fabric. She should have known a fabric would act a particular way on a piece of furniture.  She should have advised  the fabric would not do well on a sofa.  That is why we hire professionals!MARY IS NOT A PROFESSIONALI would never use Mary again.  Go to a privately owned furniture store and you can get anything you want and goos service.
