I have been waiting since January for a simple hospital visit claim since I was overcharged Ive called several times escalated the issued twice and they still dont have a claim, I would avoid at all cost

Imagine360 is an absolute joke. As others have termed it, "Imagine" you have insurance. Standard claims, such as routine primary care visits take well over six months to process. Even then, Imagine believes that every provider over charges and will send your claim to a law firm. Then you face bill collectors and threats of collections because no provider wants to work with them. I'm thankful that I was able to find better employment that offered a real insurance company. Dealing with Imagine360 for a year was absolute hell, and they should be ashamed.

Claims takes several months to clear. The support team does nothing but tell you that your claim is processing which means nobody is doing anything and paperwork is sitting somewhere. Ive had claims take 3 months and claims disappear. When Ive called in theyve said they dont see the claim in their system. Luckily I keep all correspondence and claim numbers and dates. If you accept a job at a company who uses this insurance be prepared to deal with a lot of problems with your doctor accepting them. And prepared for claims to not be paid unless you are relentless in following up. And keep ALL records.
