Wild Things Park

Was a cold, wintry day in January 2024 as we visited Wild Things Baseball Park in Washington, Pennsylvania. Not many folks travel an hour from home to look at a baseball venue, off-season, and a chance of snow. But, when in Rome.... Yes, we were shopping near the park and decided to see the sights without the sounds of people cheering for the home team. The park looks new. Well appointed as baseball parks go. Although, fenced out, we could see that coming in-season would be a treat for baseball fans. An intimate park, lots and lots of parking with easy, flat surfaces to walk outside and inside the stadium. One could easily imagine a baseball game ongoing, with runners on base, the pitcher getting the catcher's sign, and the smell of hot dogs with mustard and onions. I personally don't care for onions.
