Terrible customer service! Was treated like they couldn't care less if I made a purchase at their store. I'd definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

Although the store has a nice selection of FR clothing, buyer beware. Prepare yourself for a very unfriendly and outright rude staff that refuse to assist you and absolutely refuse to honor advertised prices. Even when you show them their own website they argued and literally said they didn't care what it said. Spent over $1000.00, didn't have time to go elsewhere but I promise I won't be back

Great selection and fantadtic prices. Just make sure you wear the right costume when you go in. If the staff thinks you don't look "hard workin'" enough they won't talk to you.

I had looked at their website to see what discounts they were offering before I went in with the plan of spending $1000 on clothes for work. The website stated a 2 for $99 deal that was going on at the time. Come time to checkout the hoodies listed as part of the deal ring up as 2 for $149, I question them about it and tell them what is stated on their website. They then proceed to say the website is out of date and they have the actual website right here on their computer and it does not have those hoodies listed. I showed them the listing on their website that the public sees with the hoodie listed and the guy helping check me out was just flat out ignorant about it and would not honor their own website. Pictures of the listing attached to this review. Edit: They have responded and are still ignorant of their own website which shows the hoodie being listed under the 2 for $99 section.
