Great company I have nothing bad to say about this company never had a bad experience with them. Every time i need help they help and when I need stuff for my breathing machine they send it right out I normally have it no more then two days after I call.

Do not inform you if they do not accept your insurance, just let you wait to find out when you call to check at least twice. Causes delay in treatment.

Absolutely horrible service I have been without my cpap supplies for 4 months. I would call and order my supplies and weeks would go by and I would not get anything. Then I would call back In and get told that my order had been cancelled but no one knew why, so they would reorder them..this was the same cycle over and over then I got ahold of someone different and was told they were waiting on an auto from my insurance company so I called them to see and they said they faxed one over back in January that would be good until June. So I then called them back and was told that they could not process my order because my insurance would not pay for it unless it was through the Morgantown office in West Virginia. So instead of transferring my services over there they continued to cancel my orders leaving me without supplies in the meantime. I have had several sinus infections because of this. When I tried to call them to have them transfer my stuff to WV, I waited on hold for 1hour and 47 mins(no joke!) with no answer. I finally called Morgantown myself and was able to speak to Wendy and she emailed them to get my stuff.
