        Service was great. In and out. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Although right now inventory on new vehicles is nonexistent.

        I bought two of my vehicles at this location and had a great experience. However, the service center is a disaster. I live nearly an hour away and the last (at least) 3 times Ive come for an appointment, Im told one time and dont get out of there for at least two hours after my said end time. I sat in the Honda office waiting for a response of my car being done only to find out they had the incorrect phone number and never received an email. If I hadnt called to check, how long would I have sat waiting in that office? And no one thought to come alert me. I sat there for an extra hour or my day. Then was informed of a product I purchased I wouldnt be receiving but Id have to come back in 2 days to pick it up. Miscommunication is a HUGE issue here and now having to finding a new location is a complete inconvenience. Do better, please
