I have had broad experience in both my professional and personal life meeting, dealing with, employing and challenging many attorneys. Phil Melograne is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. He is a student and scholar of the law. His presence and command in the courtroom is first class. It is easy to notice the respect that he generates from colleagues and judges alike. He has a stellar track record and would have my immediate vote for any and all bench opportunities. Phil embodies my definition of a proud American. At all times he is responsive, factual, truthful and guides his clients ( of which I am one) with the expertise and wisdom of years of experience. Simply put - Phil Melograne stands out in front and projects humility and total class. I am proud to know him and would call upon his advice without reservation!

He is in all lights the direct definition of a con artist. He was transitioning into his new office and clearly needed money quickly when we first sought out his help. He took advantage of a family that did not know any better. I received an underage, which was completely my fault, but he exploited that. In the end, he told me countless times that he was getting it expunged but the only thing he did was add on a disorderly conduct charge on top of the underage when that was not even there initially. He was however able to get that disorderly conduct expunged even though that was not anywhere related to the initial charge. He was paid $1500 per expungement but never followed through on the underage expungement, which would have been the only offense that needed help if it was any lawyer except for a money hungry con artist. The key to his success is that he will not answer your texts, leave a voice message, or hand out receipts of what he was supposed to do because he is smart enough to know that is how he gets caught. If you are looking for counsel, I would plead that you look elsewhere. He has a reputation across peters township for this, I was not the first victim of his and I will not be the last. I just hope that this post will allow a warning to others that I wish I had.
