      image The actual staff try to do the best they can. The management always has an excuse for the facility being run terribly. Covid, lack of employees, miscommunication with call center, Dr emergencies, federal regulations, and so on. If you need to reschedule they will charge you a penalty fee. Yet, they can do however they see fit with your time. More Drs than I can remember have come and gone. They hound you with calls prior to your visit because youre a cash cow to them. Once youre at your appointment, they could care less about your experience with them. They know they have the monopoly on this service, they make millions off it. Pharmaceutical companies/ Drs knowingly created this opioid epidemic and they are still making billions off it.
