I don't know what I would've done without Mike working on my historic homes. The quality of work and his attentiveness helped make sure I was within historic compliance as well as code compliant. The water damage was bad, and if not taken care of, the results would've been catastrophic.

I have alarms set up throughout the house to detect water leakage under my sinks and in the basement by the hot water heater. After calling multiple numbers at 2am with no answers or people that couldn't come out as it was 2:00 a.m. I finally got two people who were willing. I decided to go with top job Mike seem like a knowledgeable guy so I figured to give him a shot....once he arrived, he drained the remaining water from the hot water heater, which would have caused extensive damage by the looks of how much was left,and still leaking.Then sucked up all the water in the carpets removed carpets where they needed to be which was a pretty large area and set up fans and sprayed for mold. After a few days working with him everything was taken care of through him and insurance and put back together flawlessly. I highly recommend this company they did a great job and in a short amount of time and it was not a hassle. I have recommended him to a friend with a different issue and he also gave 5 stars Services: Mold inspection, Water removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair
