I recently listed a property with Mike. I moved out of state and was already living elsewhere prior to listing it. Mike had to go above and beyond to help me and handle a couple of situations with a contractor that typically would have been up to me to handle prior to closing. He was always available via phone/text. It was extremely stressful to try and sell a home from over 300+ miles away, but Mike made it extremely easy. Would highly recommend.
