Dr. Zaman is the best! I highly recommend him. He has helped me get off some of the medicine that I had been taking for many years. I have been very pleased being able to go online to have my appointment with him. Along with to talking to on the phone. He's great to talk to! My family even notice the difference in me.

We loved the therapist my child saw here, but the front office staffperson was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was very upsetting to be treated so poorly by the woman at the front desk. We had been given the wrong address by the intake department, so we arrived late. She was condescending and rude and ended her comments to us by slamming her sliding glass window closed in our faces. I couldnt believe she did that to me and, even worse, in front of my child.

Dr Jutta Vogt is a superb physician. Family members have seen her for many years. And both Vogt and Vicki (Warrington PA office) are committed to helping BHC clients. Sometimes clients must wait for their scheduled appointments but thats because she cares about each client not from apathy or disorganization. The firm has major problems but more than half of whats wrong relates to their having a complete lack of any answering service whatsoever. So you better make sure everything is correct with your provider during your visit because if its not, you face an intensive procedure of getting any non-physicians attention to fix anything. And most staff lack basic people skills. The office manager is the one who manages all the calls (done from KOP office) is a very problematic person for the company. Shes also the one who will reply to this review and has replied to dozens of other reviews. Her attempts to adequately reply are sad. Its all foretold by the answering machine message which takes longer to navigate than a choose-your-own-ending childrens book but remains useless because only 1 in 10 times are you called back in a timely manner. An answering service is not too expensive and would provide a solution. Im sure it would be much less expensive for BHC than the current office manager who only hurts the company. An exception is Vicki at Warrington. She is proactive and cares about the clients. Shes functional and gets things done. And she follows up!

This organization uses DocuSign for all the releases required for treatment. Despite certain sections being labeled as "optional", your signature is REQUIRED for EVERY SECTION. When I spoke to the rude and unhelpful receptionist, she told me "everyone just signs it". When I said I wasn't going to sign a blank document she cancelled my appointment. This tells me Behavioral Health Choices is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Literally the worst psych office. The doctor is great but the receptionist doesnt do her job and blatantly lies to patients about inofrmation to protect herself. She is extremely unresponsive and i have an issue picking up my meds every single month because of her. I have no idea how she has a job if she cant even answer the phone. The only time i hear back is if im lucky enough to get her to answer one of the ten times i have to call in a row to get her attention. DO NOT GO HERE. Springfield psych is a much better practice and their receptionists amd office managers do their job well
