Was a 3 star before wasnt thrilled w my experience , ive bought 4 cars in my short life already this would be a 5th. Shoulda never went to this dealership. I bought 3 cars from Holman Toyota and everytime I had an issue with something on the vehicle they fixed it right away. At Gateway of Kia, the manager Julian basically told me im SOL, after he sold me a car with a chunk of tire missing out of the sidewall. The day I got it, it was pouring so I couldnt see everything, the tire the chunk is missing on was definitely there before because the rim isnt scratched and I have a dash cam of every second ive driven since. Unprofessional, un caring store. Also the setup is wacky. Def was cool with them for a bit but not anymore. If i could give a lower rating I would. Youd think spending 33,000 Id get a tire taken care of that they sold me a defect on. Oh and not to mention, they told me they would Transfer my plates, and they called me the next day to confirm transferring my plates. They called me and told me my new plates were in. Ridiculous. Pathetic , and highly disappointed.

Scott & George of the Gateway KIA of Warrington PA ARE the MOST professional advisor and manager of the ENTIRE KIA experience! There is nothing negative I can say about them AND they are both courteous, professional, knowledgeable AND capable KIA representatives in the entire KIA corporation, domestic AND overseas!! KIA of America does NOT pay these two (2) gentlemen enough MONEY!! G-d Bless them both and G-d Bless America & Korea too!

This will be my third car over the years that I have bought from Gateway Kia Warrington. My Kia Niro is even more than I expected in a hybrid. Eli Reyes was my salesman and I have to say it was one of the best a d easiest experiences. Eli seemed to take an interest and understood where I needed to be and everything worked out like a dream, smooth. In less than a couple hours, I was driving out with my new car, happy and very satisfied. I would recommend Gateway and Kia products to everyone, I highly reccomend Eli, he is really knowledgable and very comfortable to deal with. Thank you Gateway and Eli.
