        I ordered on line and everything went well. Flowers were delivered the same day and the receiver set me a note saying they were beautiful. Mission accomplished.

        Needed flowers last minute and ordered through DoorDash what a mistake. Horrendously ugly bouquet with an overload of filler and very messy. And what wasn't filler was practically wilted! Also, completely ignored my color request for the flowers and instead put very clashing/not elegant colors together. Will not order from here again.

        Absolutely love this place. The staff there is amazing and their arrangements are gorgeous. I stopped in the other day to pick up flowers for a neighbor that just had surgery. When I brought the flowers to her she couldnt stop saying how gorgeous the arrangement was and even started crying. What an amazing job they didthank you again! I would highly recommend Blue Violet Flowers to anyone for any occasion.

        We chose Blue Violet as our florist for our 11/03/2023 wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice (special shout out to Sarah). We received so many compliments on the bouquets and floral wedding decorations. I worked the most with Sarah, and she deserves all the good praise in the world. She was always very helpful and responsive to me when I would reach out with questions, and would let me bounce ideas off her regarding the ceremony decorations. Her expertise on what would work for our fall wedding was greatly appreciated, and she worked with the color scheme I gave her perfectly. I never wanted a full white bouquet, so she was able to incorporate small touches of white into my bouquet (and my Groom's boutonniere) to help them stand out from the bridal party's flowers. She even helped me make sure I could add a special portrait to his boutonniere in memory of my husband's mother, which was huge for us, as we got to keep her close that day. The entire staff here were so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

      Hi Sharece. Thank you so much for the 5 stars!! We are so happy that you loved the flowers!! There was a service fee on your order for $9.99, which is pretty standard, that our website host charges you only the first time you order flowers through them where other sites will charge you every time you order. Unfortunately, that is out of our control. Other than that, the only other "fees" were for the balloon, delivery and tax... There will not be a service fee if you order through the website again and you can certainly always call us directly to place any order. I hope that clarifies the charges. Thanks so much and we look forward to making more beautiful flowers for you in the future!!

You ordered our springtime designer's choice arrangement. Designer's choice means that we choose the colors and flowers. However, we saw your special request and made sure to include your specific color choices in our spring design. The flowers we used were fresh so I'm not sure what you feel was wilting...
