When I got my glasses they were quite blurry. So had to make another appt. Fine, things happen. But they still didn't get the glasses right again so I called the office. I was told this time that due to insurance I had to wait 7 days before I could even make an appt. So waited the 7 days and called back and was now told that I would have to pay a second time in full for appt and for the same glasses that were never right to begin with. I was actually told that this is acceptable because if I had gone to a doctor's office instead and needed an antibiotic that I would pay for the antibiotic if it didn't work. And also that because I had to wait a total of four weeks to even get my glasses plus the additional other 7 day wait time that their 30 day policy was obviously over now. I don't think they should benefit by profiting even further from not getting someone's eyewear correct in the first place. Now I am out the $345 I paid. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

They're horrible!!! I been sitting here now for OVER an hour just trying to get a 10 minute eye exam!!!! No contacts or bifocals or anything special just a simple exam...I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with any kind of life and things to do... it's an all day process here
