I work for a local mortgage company and we have used Academy Appraisals on many home inspections. Their work is spot on, very accurate and always on time or early reporting. If you need to have your home inspected, I would highly recommend Academy. Really nice staff and good pricing for their services. 5 Stars for sure!

This is an excellent team of appraisers who are focused on providing accurate and on time appraisals for private and lending purposes. Working with them has been extremely positive and on top of having exceptional work, everyone within their office has been very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. They also have a very large coverage area, I would recommend Academy Appraisal, Inc. to anybody needing a residential or commercial appraisal in the area.

Very quick turn around! I got calls, text and email so I could reply any way that was easier for me which was very convenient. Going through a divorce is difficult enough but luckily this was one area I didn't have any trouble needing a marital home appraisal. Everyone was very professional, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!
