        Home Serve sent Total Plumbing to my house when my kitchen faucet sprung a leak. Although Home Serve denied the repair, Total Plumbing was willing to step up and offer to replace my faucet for just shy of $400 if I SUPPLIED THE FAUCET! Come to find out, my faucet only needed a $20 pullout faucet hose that took less than 5 minutes to replace.Don't count on Total Plumbing, to be honest with you when it comes to what is wrong with your plumbing when the only thing on their mind is how to separate you from your wallet!
