The WORST JOB TO EVER WORK AT. Terrible management and record keeping. Unorganized, unprofessional, and racially bias. Wrongful termination without any proof, and the entire company makes it easy for ANYONE to steal information. Wouldnt work OR do business here.

Only worked at this job for about 6 months and it was absolutely one of the worse jobs i worked!! Please dont try to work here if u young and driven for success!! The management is absolutely terrible! There is zero communication between management and owners!! They preach that they handle problems and have a safe environment with an open door policy but thats the complete opposite of what goes on! When problems occurred instead of the manager doing his job he rather be buddy buddy instead of handling business. He say he will tell the owner this and that but instead would just run to the employee and tell them that this person said XYZ!! But let it be a person of color and theyll fire u in a heartbeat! I seen it with my own 2 eyes! The best thing this company can do is promote Mr jim Tucker to a higher position! A man who knows how to speak up and get things done! A man who wouldnt hesitate to tell if someone is slacking and not working. He knows how to separate friendship and business!! But i doubt that will happen cause the owners have zero knowledge on how the job is getting ran!
