Over 25 years ago I was looking for a karate studio where I could get a great cardiovascular exercise, rediscover my eye-hand coordination and be able to clear my mind from the day's events. Chang Karate School is like no other and hits all the marks. Grand Master Chang's dedication to his students has no boundaries. He helps his students reach their never ending potential with his positive reinforcement and vast experience. The karate school is great for children of all ages to help them build their focus, confidence and respect for others and themselves. It's also the perfect marital arts school for young and more mature adults seeking a place to learn self-defense without the need for full contact. I would highly recommend coming by the school, speaking with Grand Master Chang and watching a class prior to joining another commercialized school where the level of experience doesn't come anywhere close in comparison to Chang Karate School.

All thanks to my mom and to my instructors, I absolutely recommend this place to any of my friends about this place as it takes skills and discipline all throughout the time. I love how I got into this sport of karate ever since I was in 3rd grade, and I did take a big gap in between due to college. But after all of the education and I got myself a daytime job, I was able to do all the classes I can attend to during the evening time and I will continue on this amazing sport with my current rank of black belt 1st Dan and beyond. Where would I be today if it weren't for my instructors? Thanks a lot to Grandmaster Chang for teaching me how to do all the techniques.

Master Chang is a breath of fresh air as an independent school in the face of so many franchises in the area. You can tell the difference by the results.

Chang Karate has giving me the discipline and focus I received as an adolescent. I appreciate Master Chang teachings and carry them as Ive grown. Wonderful school for many of all ages. I am a 1st dan from the Cinnamison NJ school. Thanks again Master Chang. M. Harris
