Ariel Rivera: Allstate Insurance

Jessica was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to have someone actually answer the phone..... Haven't been able to reach my own agent for several months now, nor does she ever return my phone calls.... Sadly I'm leaving Allstate but Jessica was the one person that I delt with that could make me stay, it's a shame I already switched yesterday.

Toni and her team are always attentive and handle all questions and changes quickly, friendly and efficiently. No question ever seems mundane or run of the mill. If you are on the fence about an agent or agency, get off the fence. I was years in the auto business and have dealt with hundreds of agents. This is why my business is here.

Never use this company. I've been with them for 15 years only to find out they were charging me much more than they should have. When I inquired about the rate difference they didn't seem surprised or interested in keeping my business. I ended up leaving them for Travelers. More insurance and the are charging me half of what Allstate was. One month later I received a letter from them telling me I owe them more money. I'm paying it just so I never have to deal with them ever again.
