Absolutely unacceptable, this is the most irresponsible insurance agent I've ever came into contact with. This lady cancelled my policy without my permission created an entire other policy when she was only supposed to give an estimate with another vehicle and when she created the new policy DIDNT GIVE MY VEHICLE ANY COVERAGE. If I got into an accident I wouldve been screwed.

I highly recommend this agency for your home and auto needs. Denise saved me over $1000/year when we switched from State Farm a few years ago. And unlike my previous agent, this agency checks up on me every year for updates and opportunities to keep saving. Also, while we don't need to go through the agency to file claims, Denise and the team are comforting if I need some hand holding!
