I had several issues that came up via text message and alerted me to get my car in for service. I called and was able to get an appointment the next business day. Since I had purchased the extended warranty when I purchased my car almost 3 years ago, all three items were covered by my warranty and it saved me over $650.00 Bill was extremely attentive to me as I had to leave the car overnight.
