        Horrible customer service. My son has tried to get his bike fixed a few times and only one time has it been done right the first time. The final straw for us was when 6 weeks after a repair, during that time my son barely used the bike, it broke again in the exact problem area. We took it back, and the head technician talked down to us and accused my son of abusing the bike. The shop refused to take responsibility for their incompetence, and wanted us to fork over more money to get it fixed again. We took the bike to the next shop up the road, and they had it fixed in 10 minutes.
