        This is my new favorite First Watch location. The restaurant was clean, and the food was tasty. The service was a bit slow, but overall I had a good experience and will be returning in the near future.

        I was there last Sunday February 25, and I waited 45 minutes. That was not the problem. I got the ham and Gruyre omelette and my first bite I crunched on eggshells. It was so bad I had to spit it out into the napkin. The waitress was very sweet about it and said that she told the manager, although the only thing I said to her was to let the chef know. The rest of the omelette was fine. When I went to pay the waitress pointed me out to the manager and he came over. He said to me How did you get a shell they dont use eggs in the omelettes What?? The menu says cage free eggs. And hes calling me a liar! I replied that I just wanted the chef to know about the shell. He angrily hit the buttons on the cash register and stomped away! Now I eat the same omelette at the Cherry Hill location frequently and NEVER have a problem. Shame on you Mr Manager at Villanova!
