Advance plumbing have a great crew, they are Friendly , efficient and priced fairly. They were here about an hour, working on a pipe, that some roots from our tree were tangled in the pipe. Worth the money and quality of time and work. I would call them again. I referred them to my daughter and a friend . Good experience with both no problems. Don't forget, they are convenient, close by and a reliable company.

ASP was hired to replace bathroom faucet and shower fixture for interior design client. Day after the install, client complained that the faucet was dripping and shower trim looked abnormal because of the way plumber installed it. I texted ASP multiple times with no response. Called the installer, he said only the owner could schedule. Finally got him by phone and he said when he could be there. I went to the client's for the fix, he never showed and would never respond after. The client continually questioned me why the plumber was not available and would not pay the final payment for the project until it was fixed. After about two months, I called another plumber. He reinstalled the shower fixture. The faucet was defective, replaced by the manufacturer and installed by the new plumber. ASP texted later about the unpaid invoice. I told him that I'd been holding it ransom hoping it would get his attention to reach out and fix/finish the job. He never replied back. ASP never finished the job, forced me to pay another plumber to fix their work, cost me two half days of lost wages and ruined my relationship with the client. Then to top it off, they had the audacity to take me to court because I wouldn't pay their invoice. I paid out more money in lost wages and the replacement plumber than their invoice amount. Also, if you're a business looking for a partner. This is not a good choice. Even before this incidental. Scheduling was helter skelter. I'd get a call out of no where that his guys were at the client's door and needed to be let in, or they were on their way. Meanwhile I was at my office or another job site. He'd show up for an estimate without having looked at the drawings or scope of work before hand. Just ends up making you look unprofessional to your clients and causing you lost money and hassles in trying to schedule and juggle your projects.
