I am extremely dispointed with his almost non-existant service and would recommend using a larger corporation for a mortgage pre-approval. It took me far too many days to get pre-approved by him for a house I wanted to purchase and at the time of the application, I requested that once I was approved, that he please email me a pre-approval letter and cost analysis sheet, of which I got neither. He did however, after a few phone messages and emails, send me an approximate closing cost sheet, which was very confusing, had no definite cost listed and was completely useless to me. I have called and emailed him repeatedly, requesting the proper documents I need, to no avail. I still have not received any return phone calls or answers to my emails. Applying with Andrew was a complete was of my valuable time and he was not able to properly complete a mortgage pre-approval for me and follow up with the necessary documentation. - Celine P., Pittsburgh, PA
