Alcoma Dental Associates

My negative experience seems uncommon, but my smile was ruined by this office so I feel it merits mentioning. I had a bar on my upper teeth for 25 years that had never caused issue for other offices; on one of my first trips here it was damaged during a cleaning. They repaired it, tried to charge me for it, and my teeth ended up moving. I now have a gap in my two front teeth. My smile used to be a favorite trait of mine, and now I smile with my mouth shut. That seems like a very bad outcome for a dentistry experience. Additionally, I have received a call somewhat rudely asking where I was for an appointment I had canceled days in advance. I was erroneously advised by the younger dentist to see a plastic surgeon for scar tissue in my lip because it wouldnt resolve on its own. The surgeon I was referred to told me it would absolutely resolve on its own (it did) and didnt even charge me for the appointment or X-ray - he was wonderful, so I can say that Alcoma makes very good (if unnecessary) referrals. They also did a fairly good job repairing a chip in my tooth. It appears that I am unique in my negative experience. Perhaps others will have a better outcome. I have an outstanding charge with Alcoma that I eventually have to bring myself to pay, but I feel like I am paying for the privilege of losing my smile so it is a hard pill to swallow. I have a newly found fear of dentists I hope to overcome eventually so someone can help me fix all of this.

I was having a dental issue reached out online on a weekend and heard back first thing Monday morning with an appointment scheduled. At my appointment everyone was so nice, Holly was incredibly nice and out me at ease. The doctor was also friendly and explained everything very well. Extremely happy with them.

I reached out to Alcoma dental online for an appointment and I received a response the next day ; plus, my appointment was scheduled, immediately. I was there for a cleaning, exam and evaluation for a future procedure. The whole staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. My dental hygienist, was Olivia. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and exhibited professionalism. I had been a patient for many years and I highly recommend Alcoma dental.

I recently had my first appointment and could not be happier that I chose this practice!! Everyone from the front desk staff, to my hygienist, to Dr. Czech was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, caring, and non-judgemental. I would recommend this practice to any and everyone!
