        Ms. Emily was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I was looking for. She didn't try to give me something I didn't want. I was always greeted and we had a few laughs. I am very happy that I met her.

        I was serviced by Ellie, the general manger and she was such a great help! While I did the reservation online I booked a locker by mistake and she called me to let me know and make sure thats what I wanted which it wasnt. I thought it was so sweet of her to double check. She also transferred over my promotions even though I had to change what I needed. She explained everything throughly and I felt comfortable after she went through all the info. I was grateful for the awesome service and wouldnt want to work with anyone else but her from now on!
