        Just horrible my car is messed up from just driving down there with all the potholes and cracks in the streets around that area theres no money in Philadelphia so dont bother sell anything here

        They wouldnt take an Untouched Xbox 360. They said they only take the New Gen consoles which doesnt make sense for a pawn shop.

        Shady business practices very disappionted in Mikes handling of my situation...my merchandise has sentimental value to my family and he switched the ticket to keep my novelty chess set for hisself and lied and said it was put on ebay

      I'm sorry your drive was not pleasant, but Lou's has no control over potholes & street cracks around the area. Furthermore, your comments about "no money in Philadelpha" makes no sense. Lou's is here to serve our customers for over 100 years.

      Ronell. YOU ARE WRONG. You SOLD your item 05/31/2023 & signed a "Bill of Sale" & 6 months later you come to reclaim item. You need to do some sole searching.
