I was welcomed to Hello Insurance with warmth and was guided in the best direction with knowledge and understanding of my options. It was a quick and easy process and Mr. Oumar worked with my time schedule to cancel my previous insurance and accept a better, more financially suitable for me and my family. I contact the office about my auto insurance the lady agent got smart with me. I texted the owner he didnt contact me. I went in December to get a copy of my registration card. They told me that my registration was suspended due to non payment of car insurance since December 2022. But I was paying my insurance payment to Hello Insurance so I was confused. So I rescheduled out to Omuar the owner and never received a call back yet. Lest to say I had to pay almost $300 to get my registration straight when I paid my insurance. Also I supposed to get money back from one insurance company because I didnt stay with them but I never received my money.
