Family Dollar

I really like this place. This Family Dollar specifically has great vibes. I go very often and browse through their amazing selection of toys, although they have been lacking lately.

Its 3:58 p.m. and the store is closed, with a makeshift sign on the door. This is not the first time I have tried to go to the store and the employees locked the doors.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Closes at 9 on every recent Saturday and makes up excuses about computer issues!! This place needs new managers and cashiers these people are dishonest.

The mangers are so unprofessional I told him like 3 times that me and my friend are going to pay separately and he combined our stuff then after said so Im going to have to take it off now with a mad voice because he didnt hear me those 3 times after he apologized to the people behide us and not us then js like pushed everything to us instead of handing it to us

Family dollar should be ashamed of themselves! This store is Dirty , workers not professional even Manager. Some workers sitting around register just hanging out! Customer service at its worst!! Higher ups needs to do pop up in these stores!!!!
