So slow everything just waite outside bank 100 degree temperature because of the staff slowing.

Denied me a new card because my phone number wasnt verified on top of that the atm kept my debit card because somehow it became invalid after discussing with the teller what I could do to receive a knew one, went back inside only to be able to withdraw still no card so I left without any type of card meaning I had no access really unless I went to a bank to withdraw and I also was told I had to wait for a card to come In the mail, very inconvenient, long story short I went to a different branch the next weekday they said the same thing, however they asked me security questions and I was able to get a card right there on the spot, this branch lack sympathy and could care less about truly helping their customers, Ive been banking with citizens for well over 6 years and Ive never had to deal with a situation like this Ive always left satisfied.
