        I have worked here now for 3 years. We have a new Physician Dr. Paine out of WVU-Ruby and a Nurse Practitioner Judith Bell who is here 5 days a week. The Rehab Dept is the best Ive ever seen. Great place to work and they really care about the patients.

        My mother was sent to this facility for physical therapy after a stay in the hospital. At the end of her stay my family was told she had an additional 14 days of therapy covered by her insurance. During her additional 14 day stay they called and said its has copays for the additional time. We had her sent back to her nursing home and now they are charging her $2100. This place is a scam.

        Older, basic, short staffed, food is institutional. Therapy staff is great though. For a short rehab, not terrible, but wouldn't choose for long-term care.
