There are so many problems with this place.. In the past I used to come here regularly (once they even pestered me about "chicken out" as she pronounced it, even though I had already paid for extended stay. And during all those stays there where cigarette burns and broken tissue-paper spools hanging from the wall.. Last time I was there was last year when I came back to visit Philly during Thanksgiving, and I have been in a wheelchair since May, and I'll tell you this place is in VIOLATION of ADA compliance (not to mention FRAUD on their booking profile) because I had booked two nights there and it said that the property was accessible in the room description. Well, when I show up they wouldn't even let me past admission because they supposedly didn't have any accessible rooms (not sure if he meant there were rooms but where occupied, OR they didn't have any to begin with, he said it in such a vague manner, clearly capitalizing and hiding behind the language barrier), so I quickly had to spend way more than I wanted on a different hotel.. It would be bad enough if these people's hotels were just dirty and in disrepair- thats just par for the course, but now the discriminate against disabled folk? That is not only unacceptable but ILLEGAL and in violation of federal law, I could sue these chuckleheads if I wanted to for the Holiday they ruined..
